My Nutrition

Here you will be able to manage your food habits. This feature is only available for PRO members.

Selecting this option you will be redirected to our nutrition app "Food",
If you did not downloaded you will be redirected to App Store to do so.

To log in you can use same email and password you use on 247PT app.

You cannot out-train a bad diet, that's why we've developed the Food App to use side by side with the Fitness app! If you haven't already, you can familiarize yourself with the Fitness app here.
By logging the foods, you eat, you can ensure that you are sticking to the nutritional plan you or your coach have assigned, allowing you to fuel your workouts or guarantee your weight management goals!

This article will give you an overview of the various tabs and features of the Food app.

Food Diary

The first screen you see is today's food diary page. By clicking the plus button in the top right, you can search for and add foods or meals. You can even scan the barcode of the food by tapping the barcode icon in the top right of the search menu.

Once added, the top of the page will automatically display the calories remaining for the day. Clicking on this bar gives an expanded view of the macronutrient breakdown of the foods you have eaten that day, along with the calories burned via exercise.

If you find multiple results for a search and are unsure which food to add, you can always trust the foods with the green checkmark. These have had their values verified by 247PT in cooperation with nutritionists.

Please note: the calories burned via exercise will be slightly less in the Food App than in the Fitness App. This is because the calculation of your nutrition plan also takes into consideration your regular daily activity.

Food List
 The Food List tab is where you can search for the various foods added by 247PT and our users. If you cannot find an item, you can help complete our database by adding one!

Performance

The Performance tab gives a weekly overview of how close to your target calories you this week were. The weekly score sub-tab gives breaks this down by macronutrient too.

Progress

The Progress tab is where you can track and update the measurements that you find most important.

My Plan

The My Plan tab is where you can view the summary of the Nutritional Plan that has been assigned to you. Here you will see the breakdown of the calories, macro-nutrients, and a description of the plan.
 If you don't already have one, this is where you can create a plan too. You can learn more about how to create a nutrition plan HERE.

 

In the Diary page you can see how many calories you can eat more (braked on macros) and the list of meals added.
Click + and you can add meals or food you consume, keeping track of total calories intake.


Click on "Me" to have an overview of your weigh target, previous days reports, and BMI. Here you can log your weight, too.
Click on seatings (right corner up) to set meals reminders.
