1. Open the 247 PT App. (Please make sure you are already a member).
2. Select the first option "Workouts" from the main menu.
3. Choose the first option "Create Workout".
4. Add your workout image. You can choose from our default library or upload your own.
5. Select your workout name, level, goal, and the number of days in a week you would like to have this workout.
6. Add a brief description of your workout. (optional)
7. Click on add activity.
8. Select the muscle group you would like to work on by clicking on "muscles". All the workouts for that muscle group will be selected. Choose the ones you would love to add to your workout.
9.On the right select the equipment you would like to use during your workout.
11. To access your workout, go back to the main menu. Select "workouts", swipe right to see "workouts created by me"
13. To get started, select "my plan" from the main menu.
