How do I monitor client progress?

1. Go to the Coach module

You will find it on the main menu.

2. Select a client

3. Click on the Progress Tracker in the top menu bar

Hint: it is the graph icon.

4. Add progress metrics and values

In the Progress Tracker, you will see some default metrics. You can add more default metrics in the System Settings, or you can add values for an individual client (using that big plus button).

After adding all the metrics, you can add historical data, or you can add a metric as a starting value. Do not forget to save!

5. Monitor progress over time

While the Progress Tracker screen allows you to add values, the Graphs screen can show you progress over time. 

You can access it via the menu bar at the top.

Here, you will have an overview of all recorded metrics and see how the client progressed over time. You can even compare two values with each other. How cool is that?!
