As a coach or nutritionist, before you assign a meal plan to your client they should have a nutrition plan.
2. Select a client
3. Click on Nutrition in the top menu bar
Hint: it's the apple icon.
4. Click on "New nutrition plan"
If the client did not have a nutrition plan before, you will see a popup to click on to create a new meal plan.
5. Add personal data
The system uses the client's gender, age, height, and weight to generate intake requirements. Click next when done.
6. Add lifestyle info
If a client has a super active job and personal life, they need more fuel!
7. Select the client's goal
Here you can tweak weight loss/gain goals to make sure progress is healthy and sustainable.
8. Check the recommended plan
The system automatically recommends a certain plan type. You have the option to change the plan type or assign a custom plan with your own macronutrient distribution.
Important: We highly recommend sticking to the recommended plans if you are not a certified nutritionist.
