What does "Plan this workout" mean?

What does "Plan this workout" mean?

247PT app gives you the option to plan in advance your future workouts. From this, you can choose individual workouts or multiple days workout plans.
1. In the mobile app, after choosing your workout plan click on Plan this workout:



On the next page, you can choose when to start the plan, for how many weeks and on which days of the week to workout:



Star click on "Plan this workout" for the chosen period you have to open "My Calendar" and play Today's workout.

2. On the web browser app, If you choose a workout plan (in this example 4 days/ week), click on Calendar + sign right upper corner.




In the next page you have the option to choose the starting date, no of weeks, and days of the week when you want to workout.


Now if you click on Activity Calendar you will see the workout is planned for the chosen period.
